How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
At Real Life Co, we work with incredible independent brands around the world—so your order may ship in multiple packages and arrive at different times. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Due to the nature of our curated products, our variety of vendors have their own individual shipping time lines, and are subject to change.
Taxes & Duties
Since many of our brand partners ship internationally, your order might be subject to local import duties or taxes. These aren’t included in the price or shipping cost at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. You can find where each product ships from on its page—and if you're unsure, your local customs office is the best place to check for any additional costs.
How To Return My Items?

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@reallifeco.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please note: A restocking fee applies to all returned orders.
To avoid additional duties or delays, clearly mark your return package as “Returned Goods.” We strongly recommend using a registered, trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
How does shipping work?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Our curated products are shipped from a variety of warehouses, therefore multiple products may arrive in separate packaging at different times.
Once your order has shipped, you will be able to track the progress when logged into your account on reallifeco.com
Due to the nature of our curated products, our variety of vendors have their own individual shipping time lines, and are subject to change. The tracking number is added to your order once available from the individual vendor.

Real Life Co accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area. Due to the nature of our curated offerings, different vendors may supply tracking numbers at different times.
